Our house specialty, Seng Choon Carrot Eggs contain lutein, vitamin A & vitamin E. Lutein, a carotenoid, protects eyes by filtering out the blue wavelength in visible light which is believed to cause free-radical damage.
Carrot Eggs
Instant eggs are ready-to-eat hard-boiled eggs braised in a rich vegetarian sauce. Peel off the wrapper & eat it right away! Heat-treated & vacuum-packed without any preservatives, the eggs can be stored at room temperature, making them convenient for picnics, hiking trips or just to add an extra bite to your cup noodles.

Processed for the food manufacturing industry, these eggs are pasteurised & stored as a liquid. Our processed egg products save time & labour, while cutting down the need for storage space and waste disposal.
